No — financial coaching focuses on behaviors, patterns, and practical strategies around money. It is not mental health treatment. If financial anxiety feels connected to something deeper, I'll always encourage you to work with a licensed therapist alongside our coaching work.

What platform do we use for sessions?

All sessions are held via video call — typically Zoom or Google Meet. You'll receive a link before your session. All you need is a device with a camera and a quiet space to talk.

I hold dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University, have five years of institutional grant accounting experience, am currently pursuing an M.S. in Family Financial Planning (anticipated May 2027), working toward my CPA, and will begin the CFP® path after graduate school.

What is Founder Pricing and when does it end?

Founder Pricing is a special discounted rate during the early launch period. All services are priced below standard rates. Sign on before September 30, 2026 to lock in these lower rates for life. Monthly Accountability retainer clients are grandfathered at $144/mo for life.

What format are the templates in? Do I need special software?

Templates are delivered as Google Sheets (shared via link) and/or Excel downloads, plus PDF versions where applicable. Google Sheets is free to use with any Google account.
